The Performers Youth Dance Company was established in 1982 by Denise Treleaven-Cote. The group is well known for bringing many dance honours to North Bay from across Canada, the U.S., and abroad. This group entertains regularly at charitable and fund raising ventures in North Bay. Dancers from 6 to 19 years of age may audition if they are experienced in various dance subjects. This is an excellent opportunity for talented students to gain experience in performing.
During the month of December a generous donation was made to The Nipissing Association for Disabled Youth from the Performers Youth Dance Company. The dancers are very proud to give back to the community who support them in their yearly endeavors. In January they will perform at Barclay House for the residents who are not always able to get out to see live shows.
